Laguna Bay Developing | Newport Beach Contractor

The owner is terrible in responding or care about future business. I asked him to look at a property with me for renovation work and even offered to pay him, but he never responded to me after sending him the details. My family member who also wanted to hire him never heard from him. The owner David is shady and unreliable; should not be trusted with any renovation work. Be aware most google reviews here are fake

We recently hired Laguna Bay Developing for a major kitchen remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism. They did an incredible job bringing our design vision to life. The installation of our specialized walnut and cream-toned cabinetry is flawless, and the hardware placement is precise and clean. The absolute highlight, however, is the stone fabrication—they handled our complex Azul Treasure quartzite countertops beautifully, ensuring the unique veining and cuts were perfectly showcased. The entire crew was respectful, communicative, and highly skilled throughout the construction process. If you are looking for a contractor in the area that delivers premium quality work and pays close attention to the details, I highly recommend Laguna Bay Developing!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Laguna Bay Developing. With two small kids and only one shower we were nervous about remodeling our bathroom, but from start to finish the job was done and done extremely well in only 3.5 weeks. I am admittedly a picky customer so there were a few small things a long the way I asked to be changed and without hesitation, pushback or complaint they took care of all of them literally right when I asked. I was very impressed to say the least and would sincerely recommend them time and time again. Avi and Moe personally took the time to make sure we were happy throughout the entire project and I couldn’t have asked for better partners on a project like this. We also have a growing family so we had to keep the price to a specific budget and somehow they were able to do all of this work within it.

I recently reached out to Laguna Bay Developing for a home renovation project for my primary bathroom and I couldn’t be more impressed with their initial consultation period. From the very first phone call, the team was responsive, friendly, and genuinely interested in understanding my vision. They worked with my budget and are competitive in pricing.

David extended the front of my house to accommodate my new elevator. He also remodeled two bathrooms and two bedrooms. He installed a deck over my garage. He was very pleasant to work with and the quality is excellent. Everyone loves it!!!

We wanted to create an en suite bath for our guest bedroom. Laguna Bay helped us come up with a design that created an enclosed balcony to give us the floor space needed. They were very pleasant to work with and their workers friendly and considerate. We are very happy with the results

Laguna Bay Developing Company recently demolished my old balcony and installed a brand-new one that looks absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and respectful. They stuck to the agreed budget without adding costs through scope creep, which gave me great peace of mind. I was especially impressed with how courteous they were to our neighbors and how well they kept to their schedule. The entire process was smooth, and the results exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Laguna Bay Developing Company to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service.

Since the initial visit for our estimate to the completion of our project last week, LBD has exceeding our expectations during every step of our master bath renovation. This was our first major renovation we have done as homeowners and having trusted advisors like David and Mo throughout the entire process made things go extremely smooth. Pricing was up front and honest along with clear communication over text/phone call at any time of day. LBD did not rush through our project or cut any corners; they took time to discuss our options, advise on the best route, and listen to our preferences along the way. Highly recommend LBD for your next home renovation project.
