Dave, the owner, tried selling my 87 year old grandmother on a completely new garage door opener (it was already new). After inspecting with him, it seemed a small part needed replaced. He tried to tell me they can't replace that, then did a 180 when I told him that I'll fix it myself. Charged my grandmother $200 for a 30min consult and a small replacement. I don't recommend them at all.
My garage door failed to open. I called Dave. One spring had broken. He repaired it quickly for a fair price. He's got forty years experience. He knows his craft.
I had a pole barn door that was getting worse and worse opening and closing for a couple years until yesterday it just got stuck and wouldn’t open or close for anything. I could see it was misaligned, the rollers were coming apart and some fell off. I called Lake City Overhead Door and talked with Dave. He came out with another man and fixed the door in less than 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and very experienced. Afterward he showed me everything they did and how the door is working great now. I do a lot of home projects myself but I didn’t want to DIY this one! And I’m really glad I called and had these guys fix my malfunctioning pole barn door. If I have any problems in the future with my garage or pole barn doors I’ll be giving Dave at Lake City Overhead Door a call.

After having two other companies work on the 14’ tall shop doors and tell us they need to be replaced, Dave was the only one who said yes I can fix those and did. Dave was polite, timely, and very knowledgeable. He was able to repair a damaged door and adjust tracks, shorten chains so that our doors function perfectly. We are very happy with the service provided!!
On Saturday night I noticed that the hardware mounted to the wall holding everything for my garage door motor up had broken and was being held up by one little bolt. There was no way I could use my door more than a few more times before the whole thing came out of the wall. I called Dave and he answered on the second ring and was out first thing the next morning. He not only fixed the problem but made sure it was much more secure than when it was originally installed. He also tuned up several other things that were needed. He was very knowledgeable and super nice! I was also pleasantly surprised at how affordable his service was. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.
