It's was fun. Boats were expensive though. And seeing the army stuff on base is cool to. There was playgrounds everywhere. The staff is nice.you can choose between camping. Rv. And a cabin. NO internet out there for the public use
Such a beautiful spot for bank fishing. (Photo from North side of LETRA.) Amazing water, serene surroundings, and a great spot if you have littles accompanying you. No swimming access in this area, just fishing, light hiking and beautiful photo opportunities!
Great for a quick get away! My wife got our family of four a cabin for our anniversary!
The cabins are so close in proximity, and you have to drive to go swimming, you can't swim in any other park of the lake except where the swim area is located.
The cabin was cute, clean and had good AC! Grills are available, which was a plus! No open fires, because it's federal land, yet we made due! Can't go camping and not make S'mores, just saying! Medicine Park isn't far away, another plus!
