I am so grateful to have found LakeLife Wellness and Dr Jamie Davis’s full complement of holistic health services. She is helping improve my health through her Whole Health Approach, through acupuncture, functional medicine, foot detox and salt therapy/infared sauna. Recently I added massage with Aida. Wow! The best deep tissue massage I have ever had and she really helped relieve pain in my neck and shoulders. Then, going above and beyond, Jamie offers Numerous Yoga classes. Including Movement in the whole health approach is incredibly beneficial to my overall healing. I go 3 days a week now. Terese, Kay and Angela are so knowledgeable and so gentle with beginners like me! To accomplish all of this at a very affordable, cost-savings rate, I just signed up for her Restore Package! I am so blessed to have found LakeLife Wellness! The yoga studio is wonderful. Very nice space, small friendly classes and very knowledgeable leaders. Especially great for newbies!

Chair yoga is the best. I am some one who had not done Yoga for many years, having a bad knee. Once I did chair Yoga I was hooked. Kay is a wonderful teacher and instructor.Very helpful and knowledgeable. Love this class. Thank you Jamie for having Yoga at your Wellness center.

I can’t recommend the yoga classes at Lake Life Wellness Center enough! I had never tried yoga before, so I was a little nervous walking into my first class, but everyone made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The instructors are incredibly kind, encouraging, and do a great job making the class approachable for all experience levels.

I have been seeing Dr. Jaime Davis for almost 2 years. In this time she has changed my life. I came into her office with many different health issues, and I am now feeling 90% better. She is extremely professional and kind and I am forever grateful for her! The front desk team, Cat and Penny are also wonderful ladies and always willing to help. I have also had a facial by Emily recently and it was a calming mix of facial work and arm massage. I have never been a huge facial person but I am now. If you are looking for a wellness center that has it all then look no further !

If not for Jamie and her accupuncture specialty, I would not be in the state of relaxation and not feeling the anxiety I had from the seizures last week. Enjoying the session this time (as I always do) has really been noticable even more this time! I feel so much better than I had since the last time I saw her! I recommend her strongly in helping you feel better!
