Dirt parking lot no facilities however very peaceful trails aren’t well marked. You can obviously see the trails. I would use an app to make sure I don’t get lost and walk in a circle bring bug spray but all in all a decent shaded pretty walk with some very cool looking old trees.
It is very shaded for when it's hot outside and it is a nature walk they have a restroom picnic tables fire pit we go out every night and walk it it's very beautiful out there a lot of old trees everybody we have met out there has been very nice
I came here to take my engagement photos and this place was absolutely PERFECT for our theme. (Forest fairy themed) So many wonderful spots to shoot from ❤️
Not too thrilled to see that massive fire pit right in the center of all these old growth Live Oaks... Otherwise this is an incredible little patch of 400+ yr old oaks
The trees erupt from the earth like ancient sea monsters with tentacles covered in resurrection fern and Spanish moss. This is a great area for an easy hike and to marvel at nature
