Poor experience at every stage from consult to purchase to installation to follow through. I can't name one person here who was helpful. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

We ordered a new front door five minutes ago to replace our 50 year old wooden door. It just gets too hot in the summer. And, our experience with Ronny was outstanding! We compared quotes from four different companies and initially chose another provider because of a lower price. But, we later found out their factory couldn't build the wide sidelights we wanted. I went back to Ronny and, to be honest, asked for at least five different quotes as our minds kept changing. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional. He took the time to carefully listen to our needs, provided accurate and detailed quotes, and never seemed bothered by the many phone calls and questions I had. It was not an easy decision for me as we'll be likely to use the door for 50 years, so working with a good salesperson was very helpful. We're excited to see our new door installed and would highly recommend Ronny.

From Dave Judge, the Salesman to the office personnel and then the installers, this was certainly a 5 star project. We had all our 30 year old windows replaced and could not be happier. Almost chose Champion and VERY glad we chose Lake Washington Windows & Doors. The Anlin Del Mar series windows are top quality and the people are exceptional. We were told 10 to 12 weeks lead time. Our windows were ready in less than 5 weeks. We were constantly updated from the office as to where we were from start to finish. The installers are very professional and do top quality work. Thank you to the entire team. If I could leave 10 stars I would because they all deserve it.

Matthew, Fatu and Johan and one other gentleman installed 5 more Anlin windows early September. Again, this team was very professional, knowledgeable and clearly were skilled in the installation of the windows. Everything was left Inside perfectly clean when they completed the project. We are very happy with our windows. Just an added note…Ireland Wood handled the sales part of both orders in June and September. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the products whether Milgard or Anlin windows and did an outstanding job of helping us decide what would work best given the criteria we were considering. Kudos to Ireland! Thank you to the entire team.

Overall positive experience, but mildly frustrating. They replaced all the windows, patio doors, and entry door in our house. Price was probably average to above average (we didn't get that many quotes). Communication was repeatedly poor. 1) In the planning phase, got the number of windows wrong. I caught the mistakes myself (missed by LWW sales and my contractor) when I was reviewing the final invoice. 2) They delivered and installed the wrong entry door. They of course replaced it, but embarrassing to not double check a $10k+ product. 3) A few of the screens were damaged during installation. They agreed to replace them. Five months later I'm still waiting. Poor handwriting = manufactured wrong size. Refabricated same screens and punches holes in them and warped the frames. Fabricated new ones from scratch and lost them in the warehouse. etc, etc.

Ok so you guys actually sell doors or just installation I need to buy a patio French door I need some help with that thank you

LWWD representative, Mike, was very prompt and professional. I appreciated the fact that he was honest and sincere in that he referred me to someone who could fix my window. So far we only had the free consultation with Ronny Kemai and we were very pleased with his expertise, professionalism, and patience answering all of our questions. He was on time for our appointment, did not try to upsell us, and took all the time needed so we did not feel pressured.
