LWWD did all of the window replacements on our house. There were some major complexities with the job, but the team and particularly Eric were very reasonable in working through those with us and making sure that everything came out great.
Very good experience with Lake Washington Windows and Doors. I had a french door with doggie door installed. Both Matthew & Marcus took extra special care with my existing doorway and house while installing. Thank you for the great experience!
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Cyndi! We're glad Matthew and Marcus took great care during your french door and doggie door installation.
Our experience with Lake Washington Windows and Doors was superb from start to finish! The entire team assigned to our project was friendly, extremely communicative, professional and knowledgeable. Our installers, Ricky and Joel J, did an amazing job of keeping everything around the install area protected from possible damage and cleaned up nicely after the install. We are extremely happy with our new slider and would highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors!
Thank you for sharing this! Ricky and Joel J will be recognized for their great work. We're thrilled you love your new slider, Amy!
We appreciated how LWWD managed our project process efficiently, smoothly and professionally, and kept us informed every step of the way. We wanted to replace two very tall, exterior French doors that were beyond standard size, and they suggested adding a transom window above them as a solution. (We hadn't thought of that and love the result!) Our installers did a very careful and professional job, and cleaned the workspace well, before leaving. I would confidently recommend LLWD to anyone who is interested in a smooth process, as well as quality products and workmanship.
Your positive experience with our team and installers means a lot. We're glad the transom window solution worked out well, Cindy. Thank you for recommending us!
We recently had our bedroom windows replaced, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. The process began with a home consultation where they provided a detailed, transparent quote with absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. Once we agreed on the pricing, a technician came out to take precision measurements of our existing frames to ensure a perfect custom fit. They kept us updated throughout the ordering and manufacturing phase, and the windows arrived exactly when promised. On installation day, the crew (Andy and Erik) arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. They took great care to protect our floors and furniture, worked efficiently, and left the place absolutely spotless. The difference in quality is night and day. The old drafts are completely gone, the room holds its temperature perfectly, and it is significantly quieter. The new windows look beautiful and operate incredibly smoothly. From the initial quote to the final cleanup, Lake Washington Windows and Doors, proved to be reliable, professional, and skilled. We will definitely use them again
Thanks, Amanda! Andy and Erik's professionalism and your flawless experience mean a lot to us. We look forward to working with you again.
Matt from Lake Washington Windows & Doors provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. During our in-home consultation, he took the time to demonstrate different window types and clearly explained LW’s installation process. Their warranty program is top-notch—covering both labor and the window itself for lifetime, and including glass breakage. To help us feel completely confident in our decision, Matt went above and beyond by meeting us at the showroom so we could compare options side-by-side. He is extremely knowledgeable, offered recommendations tailored specifically to our needs, and worked with us to get a great deal. Highly recommend working with Matt!
We sincerely value your kind words about Matt. His dedication to tailoring recommendations and ensuring your confidence truly reflects our commitment to every customer.
We had two sliding glass doors replaced in our condo. During the entire process, LWWD was communicative and flexible. They ensured that the doors we received from the manufacturer were top quality and didn't settle for anything less. When it came to install our doors, Andy, Marcos, and Jacob did an exceptional job replacing and installing our new doors and answering any questions we had. There was a minor issue with one of the screen doors, and LWWD followed up with our inquiry and scheduled a replacement to be ordered and installed at no extra charge. LWWD truly gave us peace of mind through the whole process and we were very happy to choose them for our project.
I had three sets of doors installed; an entry, a French patio door and a back garage door. Alex and Anatoly proved to be expert and meticulous craftsmen. I am very pleased with the installation.
We are glad to hear Alex and Anatoly delivered expert, meticulous work on your entry, French patio, and garage doors. Thank you, l Slavin!
It was a pleasure working with Matt Villaflor on my 4 window project. He was very knowledgeable and along with the sample window, showed me what he recommended and how it would satisfy my project needs. I'm very analytical and detailed oriented so I appreciated his ability to quickly answer all my questions. The meeting was thorough, productive, and enjoyable. For any future window or door projects, Matt will be my first call.
Thanks for your positive feedback about Matt. Glad he made your window project consultation thorough and enjoyable. We hope we get the chance to work on another one of your projects in the future.
The installer crew that came out to my home were timely, pleasant, and professional. A great team- Andy, Denzel, and Marcos!
