Customers consistently praise Lakeside Bounce for punctual delivery, professional setup and teardown, and responsive communication. The company offers a wide selection of inflatables, food machines, and party supplies at reasonable prices, with staff noted for their courtesy and flexibility regarding weather or scheduling issues. One minor criticism mentioned is that some customers found the pricing slightly high, though this did not prevent repeat business.

Amanda and her crew are the best!!! They delivered and set up and picked up on time and were a delight to meet! I highly recommend!!!
Thank you so much! It was a pleasure to work with you guys!
Everything worked great! Phenomenal customer service! Set up and clean up crew were polite and professional, and got the job done! Would 10/10 use again!
Thank you so much! Looking forward to working with you again for future events!
**updated** 2026 We used the same company again this year and they were great! Made sure to place it in a much safer location this time. Arrived on time for drop off and pick up. We didn’t end up using any of their food machines but they let us borrow an extension cord for the machines that we brought ourselves! Very kind, responsible company. 2025- The cotton candy machine was awesome. The bounce house was also great. The only issue we had was the placement of the bounce house was way too close to powerlines. I didn’t even notice until we were more than halfway through the party, the dad‘s at the party realized, that the top of the bounce house was only a few inches away from hitting the power lines and it was moving every time the kids bounced . Nothing bad ever happened and everyone had a great time. But there were some concerned parents because of the bounce houses placement. Probably not something that’s likely to happen very often, but I would keep a note of where the bounce house is set up.
Oh my goodness! My husband is going to reach out to the boys that set yours up and have a safety meeting with them. They are young but should definitely know better. So sorry about that!
The workers were courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. The bounce house was in great condition and added a lot to our celebration.
Happy to hear it! Thank you so much! We hope to work with you again for future events!
I highly recommend this company for your bounce house party needs! The weather here is completely sporadic and they waived the rain fee since it was changing so much and I didn’t have to cancel my Daughter’s bounce house for her birthday party when it was only going to rain for an hour
Thank you so much! Happy to help! Kiddo happiness is priority number one!
Very friendly, communication was quick and precise! Affordable fun. Definitely will be using again for future party supplies. Great variety as well. We rented the freedom slide and the kids played for hours it has a hoop in it too!
Thank you so much! We look forward to working with you again for future events!
Update September 2026: We rented a different wet combo inflatable this year and added a snow cone machine rental, and had another good experience! Delivery ended up being quite a bit early, which was great for us! The inflatable was super clean and we had no issues with it or the motor/fan. The snow cone machine was easy enough to use as a first-timer but we didn’t get a rundown before the delivery team took off (YouTube for the win) & I did not receive the extra servings I purchased. This was a super minor inconvenience, as we didn’t end up needing more servings, and I don’t foresee an issue getting that resolved. I will absolutely use Lakeside Bounce again and again for future rental needs! Original September 2025: Over Labor Day weekend, we threw a birthday party for our kiddo and rented the Cali Palms Dual Lane Combo (Wet) and it was a major hit!! We had the rental from 10:45a to roughly 5:30p and spent less than $400 on a Saturday with fees & delivery to Buckner. Kids and adults alike had an absolute blast, though it did get very muddy, very fast! I would advise placing water buckets by the entrance to clean feet minimize the mud tracking in lol. The 2 gentleman that delivered and set up the rental were personable and efficient! And the rental was clean upon arrival. I was not present when the rental was picked up, but the family member that was there reported no issues. I will happily rent from Lakeside Bounce in the future, should we need to!

We’ve used Lakeside twice now for our daughter’s birthday parties. So easy to work with and my kiddo loves the combo bouncers! Update 2026: we’ve now used them more and each experience has been great. They communicate well and everything has gone smoothly for us.
Thank you so much!
Excellent water slide! My children had a blast!
