David has done a few jobs for me but this recent one was the biggest transformation! He prepped an area that was just grass and weeds, created a flowerbed, installed pavers, installed drip irrigation, planted a few plants, mulched the entire area and trimmed back some crazy overgrown plants.
He is kind, hard working, great communication, timely and good at what he does. Highly recommend!
Price assessment: Great price

Lakeview Landscape Design is a solid company that I’m happy to recommend. They top dressed my entire yard with turkey compost, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. They showed up with excellent material and spread it evenly throughout my yard.
I actually met David last year after having the same service done by another landscaper who did a terrible job, so it was really nice to have it done right this time.
They communicated clearly throughout the process and showed up exactly when they said they would. David is extremely professional and takes real pride in his work. He and Steven did a fantastic job, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished.
Absolute pros from start to finish.

These are the hardest working, most conscientious contractors I have had the pleasure of hiring. They turned my backyard into a showcase in the shortest time possible - great work!

Dave and Steve came to our Gatesville home off of FM 116 north of Copperas Cove. We had deep ruts in our limestone driveway due to driving rainstorms and washing downward of limestone. Dave designed a system so that the rain can be channeled and hopefully not develop the ruts of before. We went thru our first storm and all is well. I think it will take about 5 years to know if this is a permanent fix so it will take time. Dave and Steve worked really hard to accomplish this and were always very professional and I saw no signs of anger and or drug use- something we have had many problems in the past with. Its refreshing to have a contractor come to your home to help with problems that is competent very pleasant decently well adjusted and does as they say! Thank you Dave and Steve!

I am extremely pleased with the landscaping work completed at my home. The team went above and beyond to deliver a clean, professional result. They dug a neat trench for concrete and built a sturdy two‑layer brick border. On top of that, they carefully placed a weed barrier and covered it with decorative rocks, ensuring long‑term maintenance and a polished look.
They also brought in fresh soil and planted drought‑tolerant plants, which adds beauty while being water‑wise. Both sides of the house—stretching 60 feet each—were completed with precision, and by the entryway they created a beautiful design without using bricks, showing their versatility and creativity.
Overall, the work was thorough, thoughtful, and exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the effort and craftsmanship that went into every detail.
