Had clog that stopped up the entire house on the weekend. Showed up within a few hours of calling and checked out the line with the camera. Let me know that where the clog was the city of Rochester can handle it for free instead of charging me to clean it out. Will absolutely be using them again. No up-sale or pressure, just what I needed.

Hey Kevin, thanks so much for having us out! I appreciate your support! Keep me in the loop about the city situation, I’m curious to know how that goes!
LaLonde plumbing does a great job! I had a pipe freeze and burst last winter while my wife and I were out of the house (luckily only for a few hours), and I came back to our home with water dripping from every light fixture; major dry way and flooring damage, etc., And we are very pleased with the work the guys did at LaLonde plumbing. They were fast, professional, kind, and understanding. Not only do they fix your plumbing, but they repair all the damage that was done as well. Honestly, calling them "plumbers" is an undersell. They're more like a high quality general contractor. Two thumbs up! Five stars!
Frank, thank you for taking the time to share this! We’re grateful you trusted us to help put your home back together after the pipe burst last winter. Hearing that you and your wife are still so pleased with the work means a lot. I’ll be sure to share your kind words with the guys. We appreciate you both!
Why I will hire Lalonde Plumbing company for life:
*Answered my call immediately
*Calm, supportive, responsive person, Ashley, on the call
*Assured me they could address my issue the SAME DAY
*Communicated their time frame with texts, kept me informed
*Provided an accurate diagnosis and plan for repair.
*Resolved the issue quickly
*Derrick and Ethan were very knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with
*More than fair pricing
*More than happy to answer all of my questions
*I will call them again for future repairs.
Thank you Lalonde Plumbing Team! I am most grateful for you.

Derrick was most helpful in clearing my drainage system when my washer discharged water was backing up. He cleared the blockage and also did a camera scoping of the system to determine the condition of the system. I appreciate what he did in every detail and would call him again if I have future issues.

AMAZING! If I could put 10 stars I would. We had an after hours emergency in our new home. A shut-off valve broke and water was flooding our kitchen within minutes. I did a quick Google search, saw other great reviews, called, and Ethan was on his way within 5 min.
Here is where I can’t say enough positive things. Ethan is one of 3 plumbers with Lalonde and his professionalism is top notch. He was so helpful, fixed the problem almost immediately and even helped us walk through the home to inspect if there were any other potential problem areas. We were so happy we called Ethan. I highly recommend Lalonde!
