Friendly staff, but stupid system. I took my boy to another dentist where they did x rays and identified two cavities. They referred me to this dental office to fix the cavities. I booked an appointment for that. We drove there from far, we were there for an hour. More forms to fill out, waiting, then finally we go inside, we wait some more. A dentist comes and tells us that they looked at the x rays and that he has two cavities and that I should make another appointment to fix them! Ridiculous. I didn't have to come in to be told this. I don't have all the time and gas in the world. Completely dumb. Then they wanted me to come back end of October when they were able to give me a second day appointment the first time I called. I pushed back and they found a spot for October 7. Really annoying that we have to go back.
Monica and Dr Paul Lancaster children’s dental was amazing and they were so helpful and always asked if I was okay and I consider that 5 stars

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Lancaster Children’s Dental with my 4-year-old daughter, Denim! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, patient, kind, and incredibly attentive to her needs.
As a parent, one of the most important things is knowing that your child feels safe, comfortable, and cared for, and that is exactly how they made Denim feel. They took their time with her, explained everything in a way that made her comfortable, and treated her with such genuine kindness and compassion. What could have easily been an intimidating experience for a 4-year-old became such a positive and enjoyable visit.
I was truly impressed with the professionalism of the entire team and, even more importantly, the way they interacted with my daughter. Seeing Denim comfortable and happy meant everything to me.
Lancaster Children’s Dental has definitely earned our trust and our highest recommendation. If you’re a parent looking for a dental office that genuinely knows how to care for children and make families feel welcome, I highly recommend them.

Have been bringing my girls here for about a year with Dr. Sep and I’ve been very happy with my experience. The girls in the front office and all the dental assistants are so nice and welcoming. Dr. Sarah and Jacky at the Lancaster location were both so great when treating my 6 year old son. They are so gentle and kind and made him feel extremely comfortable during his whole procedure. Communication from the front office to the back office was great as well.

From day 1 the Lancaster team has never disappointed. From the front office to the back, it always feels family oriented and I’m grateful for the care they take with my now 7 year old. Well structured timing for each appointment and thorough communication. Familiar faces is always a plus and we’re grateful to be members at this location.

WOW!!!… we love lancaster children dental and there staff. My two daughters ages 2,5 both have Ptsd from there last dentist and there unnecessary procedures, and let me tell you their vibe in this office is totally different. the staff is super friendly and nice with the kids. katie, jackie and Dr. Darst were great and completely wiped any fears my daughters had with going to the dentist. Both of my daughters sat through there treatment without any problems . 10/10 recommend this office
