This is my first time getting a cleaning here at Lancaster total dentistry and my hygienist was Alina, she was very reassuring with me and fast and efficient with the cleaning also very kind and patient with me and my twitches lol. Gloria was also very very kind and and nice to talk to who helped me take my X-rays and was also very patient with me and understanding and even humorous. Can’t wait to come back for my next cleaning.

Alina (hygienist) was great, she took the time to explain the process to me. She also explained and showed me what was going on which made me understand a lot better how to take care of my gums and teeth. I truly appreciate it, I would recommend her for a cleaning! We also went over how I can maintain my teeth at home with a waterpik, I’ve never used one but will definitely be getting one.

I’ve been coming to Lancaster Total Dentistry for many years now and I plan to continue. The folks that work there are very professional, kind and caring. For the last couple years Alina has been the hygienist taking care of my cleanings and she seriously takes the time to explain everything to you in a way that makes sense and not Dr speak. Alina is very thorough and patient even when you are trying to move your head/jaw/tongue in the wrong direction haha. This is the place to have your tooth health managed and improved, get here!

Always have a positive experience with staff members & everybody always greet you with a smile, always friendly & helpful in scheduling with appointments. Adrianne the dental hygienist always does a good job in making your teeth feel renewed after a cleaning. Overall experience always good care with caring staff members. Definitely recommend! Addendum: Just want to compliment Alina also a dental hygienist did a good job on explaining the importance of flossing & preventing cavities & cleaning my teeth.

I am Billy Nettles and I know it sounds strange to say a visit to the dentist was pleasurable, but it was certainly a pleasure to have my dental work done by Dr.B and his assistant Reyna. They were engaging and professional.Their guidance for my next steps was invaluable. I highly recommend this team.

I came into Lancaster Total Dentistry for treatment, and as always, it was such a breath of fresh air to visit such a nice, clean dental office! From the moment I walked in, Alex at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. She was so cheerful and answered all of my questions.
Christy, the dental assistant, and Dr. Liz were amazing. They took the time to explain what to expect during and after my treatment, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Michelle also helped me understand my future treatment plan and what my insurance covers.

One of the worst dentist corporations in the entire Antelope Valley.
They cancel your appt and lie about it when you can’t come in early on the time they demand vs your real appointment time, they do it because they had cancellations that same day, all because they want to bail out early. I had a call confirmation the Tuesday before my Friday appointment confirming I was to be there at 4pm that Friday. In their lies they make new rules up if it does not suit them to hell with the patient.
Management must refuse to pay hygienist to stay there and wait for your appointment. Mind boggling!
They are delaying patient care is bottomline. It has happened now multiple times.
My husband had appt later in day and lied about closing early and they did not have a spot for 3 months later. Sad part is that they will do it again and again.
Due to HIPPA wont go into too much detail also had a delay in Care on a dental emergency only to be told “no” we cant check your pain or your tooth . I had to refer myself to my endodontist for emergent care. We will be leaving this dentist we kept on because of DR STOTT. Big mistake. Party of 3… out!
Please do not use you will be sorry you did.

This is the best dental office in Lancaster! Michelle, Alex and the rest of the office staff are super friendly. Always love the twice a year chats with my hygienist Adrienne. And Dr. Ebrahimi and the others always leave me feeling taken care of! My roommate recently asked me for a dental recommendation and I happily pointed her toward Lancaster Total Dentistry. It can be difficult to find an office you trust, so I really appreciate you guys!
