I used to clean my gutters several times every summer. Land of Lakes Seamless installed new gutters with leaf shield on our hip-roof house in 2015. I have not cleaned the gutters since (That's over 6 years). The install was great and performs like a miracle in our yard full of trees. Nothing but positive reports.

I have used Land of Lakes Seamless Gutters on two residential homes now. They have done an excellent job. The gutters look beautiful, and both times they completed the work in one day. Very professional and great with follow up.

I called Derrick looking for help with a small gutter install. The previous company I worked with charged a minimum fee, which would've been more $$ than the entire job. We hired Land of Lakes to install gutters on our home. We were pleased with all sections of the installation except one small area in the back of the house. We asked that the gutters to be slightly modified, giving a more attractive appearance (the gutter was protruding from the house and look ridiculous). The company sent a gentleman to fix it while we were not home. The fix was unsuccessful and still looked like an unprofessional job. We re-requested to fix the same area again, but when were home. We took pictures both times to show the area and how it should align with the rest of the gutter installation. The owner said he would send someone out but no one has come. That was 2 and a half weeks ago and the owner has refused to follow-up and respond to my husband's messages. Do not hire this company. Your payment will be taken before finishing the job satisfactorily.
After I posted this review, instead of contacting me or my husband directly, the owner sends a message that does not allow for a reply that this review is a "low blow." Another example of the poor communication.
Upon getting our estimate, my husband was reassured that the location of the downspout on the wall would not be a problem. And, that the downspout would be flush upon completion. Neither attempt to fix this location was remotely close to what was promised to be, "no problem at all".
For the last few weeks, my husband has even suggested how the job should be completed to meet our expectations, and the company's guarantee upon giving the quote. My husband has even stated that he would complete the job himself, even going as far as to suggest the exact materials he would need to complete the job. Multiple attempts from our end have been made to get this issue resolved. But, all attempts over the last few weeks have been met with silence. Very unprofessional. I would say that this review isn't even close to a "low blow". Professional installers should have no problem meeting these expectations. The low blow is expecting us to accept a sloppy finished product.
At this point...... I have zero confidence in this company or your ability to complete the job to our satisfaction.
Leaving us with the requested material to do the job correctly is our preference.
We will reevaluate the review upon a satisfactorily completed job. Whether it's completed by you or my husband is yet to be determined.

I'm sorry to here this rachel,but the way you want it done they do not make a piece to fit,and we had your downspout installed over your ledge jump both ways it can be done and Jeff didn't like either way so yes we will be out to put it back the way it was originally but with a little less angle but pretty much feel he wont like that either? But thank you for your business and really hope you can re think a one star review, your job looks and functions great!!!! It is flashed with gutter apron so your home is protected with brackets every two ft,all corners are sealed with a 75yr caulking,all gutters are screwed off with rubber neoprene washer one and a half inch screws. And yes two and a half weeks is about what our schedule is booked out right now...I apologize for not being able to accommodate your impatience to this small cosmetic issue,so i do request when the ledge jump is changed out you will take this down....Pretty low blow for for wanting something perfect when the wall we put the downspout on was anything but perfect.
