I highly recommend LandMark Pest and Wildlife Solutions. The owner, Jonathan, is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He arrives promptly, thoroughly inspects (including the attic and crawl space), and uses effective methods to remove critters and seal entry points. He follows up to make sure everything stays resolved and gives excellent prevention advice.
What sets LandMark apart is the combination of expertise, integrity, and customer service. Thorough, honest work and clear communication every step of the way. I use LandMark for ongoing pest control because I trust Jonathan with our home.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We had a aggressive raccoon during the day and animal control couldn't get to it. Luckily I was able to reach out to Landmark and got in touch. They were extremely helpful and affordable. Great service! Thank you again!
Jonathan at Landmark went above and beyond to help us with a rodent issue we had at our house. Made multiple stops by the house to make sure that we were taken care of. Also offered us competitive quarterly mosquito service as well!
We hired Landmark to seal entry to the attic and remove carcas. Jonathan was very responsive, communicative and demonstrates great work ethic. He worked us into his busy schedule in order to help us meet our deadline. So glad to have found him!
I called Monday morning about a mouse that has been avoiding capture in my house for weeks, and Jonathan came out later that same day. He figured out that my attempts had failed because the mouse is actually either a rat or a squirrel, and put down new traps and bait. Where he went above and beyond was with his concern that I’m dealing with this issue while simultaneously recovering from major surgery, and has checked in, come back out to place additional traps, and even vacuumed droppings he found under some furniture, because I can’t currently lift/push the vacuum cleaner. This is the level of customer care and plain human kindness that we don’t see nearly enough of in this world, and I cannot recommend highly enough.
