Experience with the Landry team, especially Carlie, was nothing but exceptional. Over the period of years, I thought I had a design style which was a mix of many different styles put together. On top of it, the social media reels and posts make everything look the same. I wanted to bring in my unique style and my heritage keeping a modern, contemporary look and I was lost. Carlie was not only patient, but she understood my style very well. It almost felt like my style was her style. Her help through renovations, on selecting small things as well as the whole big reveal, was a phenomenal experience. She provided unique options, and I could select from the options during the design process. While the designs were mixed, I also wanted to keep it elegant and classy and bring my personality into various parts of the house. From moody to elegant to muted to bold there was quite a mix of personalities that were coming together. Carlie and team not only navigated what my style is, but what I truly wanted to represent. The big reveal was phenomenal. An out-of-town install could be difficult but they manage it so well. By the end of the day, they felt like a part of the family and were welcoming us back to our home with a delight and excitement. The big reveal was such a surprise. Though I knew what pieces of furniture we had purchased the way it was curated and personality was added was exceptional. From chaos to calm - what started as a design selection turned the house into a warm and beautiful home for us. It was so unique to also have a party thrown for us in our own house. Thank you, Carlie and team. You have been a delight to work with. Lisa, you have built a team of great people, and thank you for doing this lifelong memorable experience for us

We needed to replace some carpets in our home but did not want to run around the DFW area. We contacted Landry Designs and Larissa came to our home, assessed our needs and came up with some great ideas we had not thought of. She also ordered some samples. We ordered the carpets and they came back in a month to install and they had no problem hauling away our old carpets. The carpets look great and the cost would have been in the same range if we spent days driving around DFW. Landry Designs "gets it" with what excellent customer service looks like.
