However, I am giving them a one star because the replied texts appeared to be AI generated then I called the number and the individual was not as fluent in english and was very difficult to understand. I have reached out to get a quote for my yard and he agreed to come but…

Fast efficient and cost effective
The text communication was phenomenal. However, I am giving them a one star because the replied texts appeared to be AI generated then I called the number and the individual was not as fluent in english and was very difficult to understand. I have reached out to get a quote for my yard and he agreed to come but ended up giving me a quote before our meeting, based on pictures. I then requested for us to have the consultation in person. The individual agreed to the new time but did not show up.

Regarding the language barrier, I sincerely apologize if it hindered communication. English is not my native language, and I continue to work on improving it every day. I believe that honesty, quality workmanship, and treating clients with respect are what matter most, but I fully understand your concerns. Like many businesses today, we use technology to communicate more clearly and respond faster; it is simply a tool that helps us provide better service. As for the estimate, there was unfortunately a misunderstanding—due to the language barrier—regarding the scheduling of the on-site visit. I agreed to come, but there was confusion about the appointment day; the day they were expecting me was not the one I had understood. I take responsibility for that misunderstanding and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration it caused. We take all our clients' feedback very seriously and are continuously improving our communication and scheduling processes to ensure this does not happen again.
