Damon was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, was incredibly friendly, genuine, and professional. He clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing an excellent customer experience. He was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive to every detail. His positive attitude and professionalism truly made a difference….It’s refreshing to see someone who goes above and beyond and makes the entire experience so pleasant. Damon is a true asset to the company and sets the bar high for exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Absolutely a 10/10 experience!

Scott was amazing. Not only do my carpets and sectional look mew but my dog has a new best friend. Scott was professional, kind, hard working and trustworthy. I'm already looking forward to the next time he comes out (and Bogie is too).

My light cream color, fully carpeted home is super clean and super soft. Past carpet cleaners have left it a bit stiff and not soft.

We used Langenwalter for the first time to clean our carpet and to stretch out an area that was bunched up. Brian was wonderful to work with. We had Steve out to help remove many different stains that other carpet cleaners were unable to remove. Not only did he remove all of those spots, but he also was able to repair bleach stains and perfectly match the color of our carpet. I am so impressed! Steve gave an estimate before he started doing the work; he was efficient; and he protected all of the corners of our cabinets and corners of our walls. This company came highly recommended from me, and I understand why. They have earned my business for the lifetime of my carpet. (At some point, I may switch to hardwoods!)

We have used this company for over five years. Our tile was in a mess from a previous cleaning company. Scott worked miracles on bringing our tile back to the original luster.
