I used Languex for Japanese to English translation of several medical documents and was very satisfied with their service. Completion ran a few days late due to circumstances outside of their control. I would gladly use their service again.
Translations would be ready by August 10 it is august 11, I have not received any emails from the company confirming my order is being worked on.
I needed a certified translation. They made perfect. Accuracy and speed.

Terrible service, the ordering system does not match the payment system, orders are not fulfilled or are fulfilled late, and even after many letters that are ignored, the issue of refunds is not resolved, you have to write a lot and listen to nonsense from the company. Especially when you need to get a translation on time, I do not recommend contacting them, you will have a lot of problems, especially after paying for services, the performance of which will then be irrelevant.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I ordered a diploma translation from Languex and had a terrible experience from start to finish. First, they delayed my order by 10 days with no proper explanation or apology. I had deadlines, which they completely ignored. When I finally received the documents, I was shocked — they sent me someone else’s documents, not mine. This is not only unacceptable, but also a serious breach of confidentiality and data protection. Handling personal and official documents so carelessly is absolutely irresponsible. Because of their incompetence, I wasted a huge amount of time, experienced unnecessary stress, and now have to look for another company. I strongly do NOT recommend Languex to anyone who values their time, money, or personal information. This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.
They are the best and excellent in what they do. From the first time I did something with them, I never needed to go after any other option. They were the best price and also they are excellent in what they do. I asked for translations with them several times and always get completely satisfied with the way they everything! **UPDATE** - I was contacted by the Project Manager Almira after making this review and was told due to an administrative error my order had been marked complete on accident. She was swift to rectify the situation and I was able to receive my translation in the mail 2 days before leaving the country. She was very professional and got the job done. I still stand by my rating though. This entire ordeal could have been avoided if someone had responded to my multiple emails, multiple chat messages and multiple voicemails, and attempted visit to a business that doesn't exist where it states on google/BBB. ORIGINAL REVIEW I placed my order very early AM on 10/13/25 for a Mexican Birth certificate to be translated and the translation certified and notarized with 2 day shipping. I paid $65 and 3.5 days later I still dont have my emailed or mailed translation, not even a draft. I have left several voicemails, if you call the number it always says they are busy and no one has called me back. I have sent many messages to the chat on their website with no assistance. I have sent several emails without resolution. I even drove to the Dublin office as I live nearby and to my surprise when I walked in- it doesn't exist. There are only apartments and a dental office, you need a key to get to the second floor and there is no mention of Languex on the directory inside and no signage. Im devastated that I was scammed out of $65 during a stressful time where I need this translation now for immigration purposes.
Needed marriage certificate translated for social security benefit. Uploaded the translated document to SSA and they accepted it without further question. Thanks.
Absolutely HORRIBLE company. I deeply regret using their services. They have not done the job and charged me for it. I have been trying to contact them non-stop, but their phone line doesn't work, and they are non-responsive. Please go somewhere else. They are not professional at all.
