We called 3 weeks ago. Made appointment. Vlad came out. We talked about some shrub trimming and possibly on going maintenance. He took pictures and said would get back to us. Since then nothing. My wife has called multiple times. Receptionist said would have him call. Nothing. I usually only do good reviews but this was too much. Maybe project too big, or too small. Maybe they are just too busy after all the five star reviews. Maybe a family emergency. Maybe he just didn’t like us. But I would have expected the common courtesy of calling to tell us that.

I saw all of the 5-star reviews and was impressed. Unfortunately my experience so far has been very poor. I called the company to have someone come out to my house in Roseville and provide an estimate for some yard improvements. The receptionists indicated that they would have an estimator call me back to schedule and appt. I had to call several times to get them to call back with a date.
Vlad came out on 4/29/26 and we reviewed what we wanted done and he took some videos of the yard. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and indicated that he would get the estimate to me asap.
Two weeks later and 4 phone call to the company and no estimate. The receptionists’ are pleasant and apologize and indicate that they will let Vlad know. He never calls back.
I am trying to give him our business (which might include monthly yard service) but he/they don’t seem very interested. Love to have the chance to find out why their website says 24- hour quotes and why Vlad never calls back.

Lantscap is awesome! I had them come out and clean overgrown weeds and brush from my commercial parking lot. Vlad first came out and did a detailed walkthrough submitted through a video so I knew exactly what work they were going to do, then when they scheduled the work it was easy and fast. After multiple trips hauling away brush, they finished with a final inspection/walkthrough with me to make sure everything was done up to the promised standard. I am very satisfied with the quality Lantscap provides! Vlad is very nice, professional, and hard working!
