Had my Dell laptop serviced for the broken hinges on it. He did an excellent job and was very quick and communicative.

I dropped my laptop off to be fixed for a charging issue and had to chase the owner down for four months to get it back. When I did, he told me he had “lost the battery.” I took it to Geek Squad and they opened it up to discover all of the screws missing from the motherboard and fan, a sticky substance all over the motherboard now, and of course a missing battery. This is probably the most unprofessional and terrible experience I’ve ever had with a business and I absolutely would never recommend.
My laptop bricked out of nowhere, I called and he was able to start working on it within 20 minutes of my laptop going out. He got to work and found the issue quickly. Cheap rates too
Repairs are quick and prices are fantastic!
Highly recommend!!! I actually live 40 min away from Norman but happened to be in town when my already cracked laptop casing and hinge got worse when I opened and closed my laptop, even though I was careful. It was evening and I took it in and was only charged $75 whereas other places were charging me about 2x they amount or more due to having to order parts which as it turned out was completely unnecessary. Laptop completely fixed and okay! Honestly, probably worth it to drive from other cities due to the reasonable price!
This business has been there more for me on more occasions than my birthmark. They've helped me out with phones, PCs, laptops and E-Waste services. Josh has fixed soldering on boards that nobody else would touch and saved me quite a bit of money, time and headache. I always deal with somebody face-to-face and they're prices are unbeatable. To be blunt, their prices are skeptically low. But the work has always been quality and quick. 10/10 Updated 04/10/26 Josh still offers great service, most of which is same-day
Great guy very knowledgeable and responsive highly recommend
