Great carpet cleaning company. Did a wonderful job and were very friendly and professional. Will use again.
I have been using this service for years. One time I tried another carpet, cleaning place and I couldn’t even see a difference in my carpet. Every time Chem dry comes… My carpets look cleaner. I love that they don’t use chemicals and it’s just cleaned naturally. And an added bonus… The cute young man that cleaned my…
They were professional on the phone. Ross (the carpet tech) was great. He explained everything, he was super fast, friendly, and did an excellent job. I was skeptical, but the carpets look amazing after. Will definitely use their services again.
Davis was awesome! He talked us through anything and everything, and the final cleaning looked great! Very happy with the results!

Trent did a wonderful job. Showed up on time and worked to make my tired carpet look like new again. Honestly could not be more pleased. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.
Trent was our rep and he was so awesome and understanding. He even came back a second time to ensure that our carpets were perfect. Thank you so much for the wonderful service! 5/5 👍🏼
They showed up on time and got my carpet (that was 10 years old when I moved in) way cleaner than I thought it would get! I had countless pet messes and coffee stains and 10 years of wear and tear on top of it's age when I moved in. And now it looks almost like it did when I moved in!!
Today we had a tomato soup emergency on white carpet. I was in a panic. We called Larson's Chem Dry and they were kind, courteous, professional, and very willing to help us with this problem. They sent a technician out this very evening named Austin and he did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
Great customer service and very punctual
Great service! I recommend them…
Zach did a great job of cleaning my very dirty carpets and micro fiber furniture. There are a few spots on the furniture that did not come clean, but he will come back and work on those for me. Overall this was a good experience for me.
On time, gave options without forcing extra cost upon us. At the end, asked If we were happy and if we needed redone.
Quick scheduling and had great communication about what time they would arrive.
Friendly customer service, explained everything in detail of what he was going to do before he did and went over price and the urine treatment worked GREAT no more smell! 👏🏼
