Although the technician that came to our home was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and communicative I was a little disappointed that we didn’t get any visible results on the cleaning of our loveseat and sofa. I feel like I could have saved the money spent and cleaned them myself for the same result. Probably won’t schedule another cleaning.

Zach did a great job of cleaning my very dirty carpets and micro fiber furniture. There are a few spots on the furniture that did not come clean, but he will come back and work on those for me. Overall this was a good experience for me.
