Nurse Tiffany was quick and efficient! She listened to my feedback and adjusted. Great experience.
I’ve been coming to LA Eastlake for almost a year and I have always had wonderful nurses but today I had nurse Marie. She was incredible! She was detailed, kind, checking in to see how I was feeling. She was warm and made the session feel like I was hanging out with a friend while getting my treatment! She did a great job!

Absolutely love the service just not the price. But the staff didn’t make those! Every person at Laser Away is amazing! They are always so warm and friendly when I arrive and when I schedule my next appt. I got the leg , armpits and Brazilian hair removal so the price was way more than I wanted to pay however, with a payment plan the package was do able for me. I look forward to each appointment . I have stubborn hair so it’s taking a while to get rid of all the hair in the bikini area. Armpits and legs only Took one package( not time). If you’re searching for a place the Laser Away in Otay Ranch is the place!

I’ve been going to LaserAway for almost 6 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I’ve had about 5 sessions so far, and I’m already seeing great results. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Tamara has been especially amazing throughout my journey. She always helps me with booking my appointments, makes sure everything is taken care of, and is always willing to help whenever I have questions. She has such a wonderful and pleasant personality, which makes every visit even better! Since starting my laser hair removal journey at LaserAway, I’ve seen so much progress and I’m really happy with my results. I definitely recommend LaserAway to anyone considering laser hair removal!

The staff at the front counter are always so warm and welcoming! The gentleman is always so polite and friendly, the woman with blonde hair and glasses is always sweet and bubbly and accommodates all my scheduling needs. Out of all the techs Regina is the absolute best! She’s so nice, knowledgeable, takes her time, and does the best to get you amazing results I love this location!
