Elena and Crystal are the best. I highly recommend Elena for facil and Crystal For laser hair removal treatment. They are nice people and nice personality.
Honestly just because I had to give one star to leave a review if it was up to me I would not give none this facility is extremely unprofessional Front Desk employees are horrible Customers Service they’re rude. They make you feel like they’re superior than you when I finally got to get my one on one appointment with the surgeon he wasn’t welcoming either they gave me good prices at first visit and once I had my appointment with the surgeon he suggested one thing only and I agree they turned around and asked me for only Lipo on my butt $9000 when they had quoted me for 2500 I said no in that case I’ll do my entire body I refuse now since my very first appt they were extremely pushy they were in a rush to get me to do the things and quick to charge me $1000 deposit now since I decided not to get nothing I asked for my money and they been giving me the round around oh we will call you to let you know I’m sure we could return it I call again oh let me look in to it who did you speak we have no notes here we will call you back etc till this day I have not heard anything from them! I dislike this place would not recommend it to no one. If your not going to return my money then I will use it by getting something else! But at this point I don’t even trust you guys anymore. I have been a patient here for several years. I love my results and i keep coming back for their great services and economical prices. I recommend them. Hands down the best place to look and be pretty.
I had a very disappointing experience at this medical spa. The customer service was extremely unprofessional staff were dismissive, unresponsive, and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. Communication was poor from the start, and it only got worse throughout the process. What’s even more concerning is the lack of ethics. There seemed to be little transparency about procedures, pricing, and expectations. I felt rushed into decisions without proper explanation, which is unacceptable for a place that deals with people’s health and appearance. Overall, I would not recommend this spa. Professionalism, honesty, and patient care should be the top priority in this industry, and unfortunately, this place fell far short. I would put 0 stars if I could

Pésima atención al cliente, me dieron una cita telefónica el 5 de enero a las 11, y nadie me marcó, solo me enviaron mensaje de texto, pero cero profesional la verdad, el tiempo de todos es importante. Los mensajes son cortantes y no agregan la información necesaria, deberían de cumplir con las citas y agregar más información sobre el procedimiento. Les pedí que me enviaran la información correspondiente a mi correo electrónico para poder hacer el depósito y hasta ahora no he recibido nada.
Excelente servicio los recomiendo los masajes no duelen excelente servicio
