Called to ask how much they charge for a diagnostic, he said if he can figure out the problem easily it’ll be free. Took my truck the same day, the next day he called and told me what the problem was and how to fix it. Like he told me, he didn’t charge me a dime
He seemed like a nice guy, but unfortunately, the problem with our truck was never fixed. We spent over $1,700 on several replacement parts, but the problem remained unresolved from June onward. Over the course of three months, he kept the truck on and off for approximately five to six weeks total. He always said he didn’t have time, yet he was very good at charging us money while delivering zero results. We spent a lot of money and time, but the truck still wasn’t repaired.

Hello, we are sorry that you feel this way about your experience here. May God bless you.
Integrity matters to me, and so does honest work.
After spending thousands of dollars elsewhere trying to get my car repaired, I still did not have a solution. I went to Latte Autos, where they took the time to help me without charging me. They were honest about what they could do and connected me with AP Automotive, who works side by side with them and ultimately took on the repair.
Si Yu’os Ma’åse’ to Latte Autos for your kindness, honesty, and willingness to help me simply because I needed help. That kind of integrity matters.
I am also deeply grateful for AP Automotive. After everything I had already been through with this car, he listened, took on the work, and found a solution where others had not. He used his knowledge, skill, persistence, and the work of his hands to get my car back on the road while being honest with me about what he could and could not do.
That means more to me than he probably realizes.
I believe the work of our hands should reflect our character. Honest work matters. Integrity matters. Persistence matters. Keeping your word matters.
I also believe in being a good steward of what God has placed in my hands. I have done what I can, and I am grateful for the people who helped me do that with honesty and without taking advantage of a difficult situation.
Sometimes good work is not about making every problem disappear. Sometimes it is about doing everything you can, being truthful about the limitations, and still finding the best way forward.
I am grateful that Latte Autos pointed me in the right direction, and I am grateful that AP Automotive kept working until he found a way to get me back on the road.
I pray that God continues to bless both businesses, the work of their hands, and the knowledge and skills they use to help others.

Carlos worked on my pickup truck a couple of years ago and did an excellent job so I went back to him to work on my 99 Dodge Durango for a brake master cylinder and a leaky engine freeze plug!!! He did the master cylinder and installed a rubber freeze plug which started to leak again only lasting only 2days which left me stranded!! He returned my phone call and I explained to him the situation and he told me that he would warranty the work that he did and 2weeks later I still cannot get a text or a phone call back from him, I call and text him every other day for the last 2weeks!! I was overcharged for a rubber plug that should if been a OEM freeze plug, at this point I do not want anything to do with him or place of business!!! Horrible experience!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the situation we put you through. ive given you my reason and extended a solution to you. And may God bless you sir.
These guys are great workers really professional and have good vibes. Good energy. I appreciate them for being able to fix my truck overheating problem. I Dropped it off 11 AM the day before and they had it ready by 5 o’clock the next day. I would really recommend you to bring your vehicle here if you’re in need of help.
I'd like to thank Carlos and his crew for taking care of my Ford F150. My neighbor recommended him for servicing AC to blow nice and cold for this El Paso heat. They are knowledgeable friendly and kind. If you need any kind of servicing for your vehicle this is a place to bring it, I highly recommend it thank you Carlos for taking care of me so quickly.
If I could leave more than 5 stars I absolutely would. This is the best mechanic shop I have ever been to, everyone is so friendly and explains everything throughly to understand whats going on with your car. Highly recommend!
