My husband and I worked with Laura for our elopement portrait session in St Augustine, and we could not be happier with our decision. A few months ago my fiancé and I got our engagements photos done by Laura and we are so happy we did!! Laura’s photography is absolutely stunning. We had a couple requests for our session which included having our dog join as well as some friends (to keep watch of our dog when he wasn’t in the photos), and Laura was beyond accommodating. She learned our personalities quickly and made the session so relaxing and fun. We wanted beach pictures but Laura also gave us some extra time for additional pictures in the beautiful downtown area of St Augustine! She really knows the best spots in the town to take some amazing pictures. I highly recommend considering Laura if you want true color and timeless photos for your big milestones!

When I started planning my wedding I declared that the “only” two things I cared about are that we get married and I like how I look in the photos. That meant the photographer was of the utmost importance. I spent literal months analyzing all kinds of photographers- their portfolios, the angles they shoot from, their pricing, their Instagram content, their turnaround time, experience, editing color style, you name it. My scrolling time was worth it because Laura was, and is, the best in all categories. I am always extremely self conscious of how I look in photos, I am not photogenic, I don’t know how to pose, and my husband hates standing around and having photos of him taken. She spent a ton of time in advance making a perfect plan for us to get all of the shots we wanted EFFICIENTLY. Our venue had lots of complicated rules about where and when you can take photos, and it also poured rain in the afternoon which forced her to shot, and she did with no problem. Aside from making you look great in photos, Laura is also exactly the type of person you want spending all that time with you on your wedding day. She’s honest, helpful, calm, flexible, and fun to have around! She feels having like another friend /family member hanging out with you, and she’s great at coordinating with other vendors which is a detail I didn’t even really consider before. Her work speaks for itself. She absolutely nailed it. She knew exactly how to make everyone look great with ease. I truly could relax and just enjoy the day knowing she had definitely gotten the perfect shots. For once I love photos of myself, and she captured so many special moments that I didn’t even get to see in the moment. I don’t want to share how fast she turned around all of our photos to us because I’m actually not even sure how she managed to do it so quickly and it is a standard nobody should be held to. Laura is so talented, kind, and accommodating. I am so glad we found her!

Laura was amazing! We hired Laura to capture a very special occasion where all 45 family members were together on vacation. Laura was the perfect blend of calmness and control. Keeping everyone relaxed while being in complete control of a large group. We had a crazy downpour right in the middle of the session and she stayed calm, captured great memories, made the absolute best of it and gave us so many photos that we will treasure forever. Laura was absolutely wonderful when it came time to take some photos of my husband and I. Since we got married at a walk-in chapel, we didn’t have any photos taken. We had no images for announcements or anything to share with our friends and family. I contacted Laura and we were basically booked and ready to go for a session within a few days of reaching out. She was very responsive, had a great survey to help us nail down our style of photography, and great communication about our plans for the day of shooting. Our experience with her during the day was fabulous. She was knowledgeable about the best photography spots in St. Augustine, she paid attention to our notes on the survey and our hopes of how they would turn out, and was punctual and very, very friendly. The photos were basically back to us within a few hours with beautiful finishes and light on the retouches. She really captured our relationship well. I will absolutely be reaching back out to her when the time comes for more photos. I could not be happier with the experience and the outcome.
