I recently moved from North Caolina to Virginia. The Laurie Insurance Group staff in the Southport office provided outstanding customer service. The agent was knowledgeable about what needed to be done to cancel my NC insurance policies, including my auto insurance. The agent handled my new VA auto, umbrella, and renter's insurance policies so that I didn't have gaps in coverage. The staff responsiveness and follow-up helped make a stressful move a lot less stressful.

I have been a client of Laurie Insurance for over 30 years and cannot find enough good things to say about them. They are extremely customer focused and, although my insurance needs are modest, Blake Laurie always treats me like I am his most important customer. Without fail, at every policy renewal he test the market to ensure that I receive the lowest policy rate without sacrificing the coverages I need.
