At Lavish Luxury Salon, client satisfaction is extremely important to us. After you expressed that the size of your twists was not what you expected, we offered you the opportunity to return to the salon so that we could address your concerns and make the necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, you informed us that you are unable to return this week or within the next couple of weeks. We do want to clarify that the service was completed, and we have photos of the finished work showing the completed twists and parting. While we understand that the final result may not have matched your personal expectation, we stand behind our commitment to giving clients an opportunity to have a service concern corrected.
