I’ve had Dustin as my lawyer for years, and couldn’t be happier with his representation. I’ve always felt like he puts forth tremendous effort, and considers multiple angles when fighting for what’s just. He is also atypical, because he does bill excessively. I look forward to working with him if needed in the future.
I was going through a divorce. I was so excited when I hired Dustin Krogh to be my attorney. On our second meeting, I told Dustin about a recent altercation I had with my husband. His demeanor changed and he was extremely rude and abrupt with me. He made me cry and told me he could no longer represent me because he would lose the case. His words and actions traumatized me. Worst experience I have ever had with an attorney in my life. To add insult to injury, he kept over $2000 of the retainer. I represented myself and I won!

Actions occurred that we believed may have jeopardized the case and would have made continued representation professionally inappropriate. The firm acted in accordance with its ethical obligations. We regret that the former client remains dissatisfied, but we stand by our professional judgment, our billing, and the legal services provided.
WOW!!! Superb!! Fantastic! This guy is amazing! 10 starts if I could. He is kind & compassionate, extremely knowledgeable & qualified, he is experienced & still well liked which is incredible. He defended me against my narcissistic ex who keeps trying to ruin my & or kids lives time and time again. Dustin shut him down and put him in his place so fast it made his head spin. He left opposing counsel stammering for an objection & the judge dropped the issue right there. Slam dunk, 10 points, touchdown! He then went above & beyond working to negotiate an agreeable outcome for everyone. I am over there moon with the service here provided. He was also very kind and caring in handling my case. He gave me all the time I needed to tell my story & listened attentively the whole time. He was understanding & sympathetic. He did everything I ask for and then some. I HIGHLY recommend locking him in if you can. He is truly the best!! That said these things are never easy & whatever your going through I wish you the best. Hang in there.
