I had the pleasure of working with Margaret on a consular processing case. She was great throughout the whole process, and answered all the questions we had in a timely manner. She was very thorough with all the paperwork that needed to be filed and appointments that needed to be scheduled. I also liked that she thought of all the scenarios that could have played out, and how to handle them if issues arose. I am beyond happy with the service she provided us. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great lawyer to help in a consular processing case.
Responsive from my very first email, honest, and professional. Margaret made what could be a stressful process feel manageable, and I’d recommend her without hesitation.
Law Office of Margaret R. Knight was wonderful to work with. To provide some background of us:
My husband is from England and had a difficult experience when visiting me. We remained married and were long-term. The I-130 process took us nearly 15 months, no fault of Margaret, and the green-card process took us nearly 8 months after.
During the entire time, Margaret was willing to answer our questions, reassure us, etc. She helped us prepare our documents and every step was advised correctly. I would recommend her to anyone! We couldn't have asked for a better representation of us.
We will undoubtedly be using the Law Office of Margaret R. Knight when my husband applies for U.S. citizenship.
Margaret was the only one who came up with a solution for my case! Couldn’t be greatful more!
She is a real big deal!
Before her I talked to many others who said there is zero chance of getting back to the USA, but thanks to Margarett it happened !
I am so happy !
Law Office of Margaret R Knight. Are the best in Indianapolis, Indiana. I was on procedure removed, she helped me to get my removed procedure canceled, then helped me qualified to get my TPS,right now I'm a green card holder, I recommend Magaret law 100% no doubt no matter she will give you an answer.
I would like to come on here and share a little of my experience and why I recommend this law office 100% no doubt!
Back in 2022 my mother went to see one of the "best" immigration lawyers here in Indy. She would come back home devastated and with no hope every time! She would say that she was afraid of never being someone in this country after living and acting like one just not on paper for years. I took matters into my own hands and that is when I found Margaret. I was 20 years old at the time and didn’t know what I was doing but she made me feel comfortable and I felt like I could trust her. She was very patient and detailed with everything so I can understand what needed to be done and what was going to happen. Long story short on May 10, 2025 (Mother’s Day) we receive a call from Margaret herself that my mom got approved for her green card !!! This case was not an easy case but Margaret managed to make it happen! She doesn’t promise anything or gives you false hopes but she is honest and will fight for you! She is very passionate with her work and it shows! We could never thank her enough for everything she did! Margaret is heaven sent and we thank God for bringing her into our life’s! We pray that God continues to look out for her so she can continue blessing other families! Forever thank you Margaret and her team! ❤️🇲🇽🇺🇸
