DO NOT RECOMMEND — STAY AWAY We had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney, and based on our experience, we do not recommend him at all. I would strongly encourage anyone considering hiring him to look elsewhere. Once my husband signed the retainer, communication became extremely difficult. Before signing, we were given the impression that his case would receive the attention and dedication it needed. Unfortunately, after becoming a client, it felt like communication and follow-through were no longer a priority. My husband repeatedly tried to contact him, but getting a response was very difficult, despite Michael having multiple phone numbers. When my husband was finally able to speak with him, he often felt that he was being given the runaround rather than receiving clear answers or meaningful updates about his case. We were also extremely frustrated by the lack of progress. It became so difficult to get basic information that my husband ultimately had to schedule his own medical appointments and communicate directly with doctors himself just to get answers regarding his medical care. After waiting over a year with little to no progress, we ultimately made the decision to terminate our relationship with this attorney and look for someone who would actually prioritize our case, communicate with us, and fight for the medical care my husband needed. In our experience, it felt as though financial interests were prioritized over the needs of the client. We regret hiring this attorney and wish we had chosen someone else from the beginning. We absolutely do not recommend this attorney. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time. Please look elsewhere and find an attorney who will actually communicate with you, advocate for you, and make your case a priority.

Dealing with an injury and a workers’ comp claim is hard enough without also feeling unheard, I take that seriously. I want to be upfront about something for anyone reading this. As an attorney, my professional obligations do not allow me to discuss in a public forum whether someone is or was a client, or anything specific about the matter. That is true even when I want to respond in detail. So I’m not going to go point by point here, and I want readers to understand that this is a confidentiality rule I’m required to follow, not a dismissal of what was written. What I can say is this. Communication is a part of this work I care about most, and feedback like this is the kind that gets me to look at how my office responds to clients when between major steps in a case. I would rather hear it than not hear it at all. We will improve. Thank you again for the feedback.
