I am very pleased with this attorneys office.. I researched them, before calling and I am happy with the decision I chose to proceed.. The staff at this office have been very pleasant and easy to work with.. my case manager E.M has been wonderful always available to speak when needed and always got back to me timely.. I never felt like I had to chase any one down for answers.. you’re given step by step instructions including minor details.. that help you along the way to feel clear on everything instead of being unsure.. I like when one task is complete another follows immediately .. you’re not sitting waiting for an email or call for days.. good service is hard to come by but this office has a total understanding of great service.. things change and life happens.. if bankruptcy is something for you have no fear with this office.. it’s not the end of the world but a beginning to something new .. again thank you to everyone :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nicole Is One of a Kind — A True Superstar
Nicole was an absolute champ throughout my bankruptcy case. From the beginning, she jumped on everything I sent her and usually reported back to me within a day. No matter what questions I had, she took them seriously and answered them. There were even times she was still replying to me around 6:30 at night. That tells you something about her dedication.
Toward the end of my case, I really put Nicole to the test. I brought up my complicated workers' compensation case and had question after question about how it could affect my bankruptcy. I also had questions about Apria Healthcare, which I did not realize was in default. None of it fazed her. She worked right through every issue and made sure I received answers.
What impressed me most was how Nicole handled the very end. It would have been easy to think, "This case is almost finished," and start relaxing. Instead, I kept coming back with more questions because I wanted to make absolutely sure I understood everything before we were done. Nicole never made me feel like I was bothering her. She just smiled and continued helping me with the same attitude and attention she gave me at our first meeting.
I told Nicole she is Superwoman, and I meant it.
After many years of dealing with businesses and customer service, I know the difference between someone simply doing their job and someone who truly cares about doing their job exceptionally well. Nicole is one of those rare people. Not many can hold a candle to her.
Seth Hanson is very fortunate to have her representing his office. Nicole is truly one of a kind.
