I was involved in a terrible accident while sitting at a traffic light near Shea and 101. I was rear-ended by what appeared to be an intoxicated driver that was arrested at the scene. My car was significantly damaged and both myself and my passenger suffered injuries. I initially was going to handle the matter on my own. But when my insurance company called me —they made me feel as if I may be at fault or share fault. They explained how I had no guarantees in avoiding out of pocket costs related to my deductible to get my car repaired. I got a duck bite like month ago and right away. I contact. This lawyer so it can handle my case, but I got nothing from them because The dog does not have insurance. I sit with no work for 2 weeks. Because I cannot walk on my feet and after all that I got nothing and I have to pay the hospital bill from my pocket, which I was $4200, I'm so disappointed right now. Thanks, lawyer for your help.
