Hector came for the annual furnace check up. Did all the tests to make sure everything was working properly and even talked me through some things to look for early signs of something was wrong. Which I really appreciate and think is interesting to know.

I had a company come and find some holes/cracks in my heat exchanger with a quote of $7k to replace. I called LCS for another opinion/estimate & Jerome spent so much extra time tracking down the manufacturer & finding out that the heat exchanger would be covered under warranty. I'm talking 3-4 different phone calls. LCS replaced it, did maintenance & came out the day after to assist again! 100% recommend LCS and will use them again if anything else comes up.

I only have good things to say about LCS Heating & Cooling. They come through every time. I was able to set up an appt online which was very convenient. Jason sent a text letting me know when he'll be arriving at my house. He was there on time which I appreciated. Jason is very knowledgeable and informed me of the filters I should use to help my furnace last longer and not work so hard. Jason is very courteous and professional. I find the service agreement to be fair for the great quality service I receive. I've been with LCS for a few years now. I fully recommend this company!
