Customers frequently cite LD Tree Care for professional communication, competitive pricing, and thorough cleanup after tree removal and trimming services. Reviewers highlight the company's quick response times and efficient scheduling, noting that crews often complete work promptly while protecting surrounding property. However, a small number of low-star reviews describe crew members who were uncooperative, left jobs incomplete, or caused property damage, contrasting with the generally positive feedback regarding the owner's professionalism.

Eswin and his team did an outstanding job removing three trees causing root damage, and trimming two others on my property. They were efficient, careful, clearly experienced, and left everything spotless when done. Eswin even helped provide me with some resources to turn some of the felled trees into firewood!

The owner is very professional, the same cannot be said for the employees.
They interrupted my work day numerous times looking for permission to leave early, I had to practically beg them to complete the simple job I'd discussed previously with their employer. Very frustrating, having to deal with toddlers inhabiting the bodies of men.

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to know the project was completed, though I am sorry the process was frustrating for you.
To clarify, our crew is required to check in with clients to ensure every detail of the job meets expectations before they pack up and depart. It sounds like their efforts to secure your final approval and ensure you were satisfied came across as disruptive to your workday, which was certainly not the intention.
While we always welcome constructive feedback on our communication style, we do expect interactions to remain professional. Calling our hardworking staff names is unfair to the crew that was trying to ensure the job was done right for you. If there are any remaining issues with the actual work completed, please feel free to contact me here at the office.
Best regards,
Jaqueline Lopez

Theses guys gave me a great first time price on a dead tree that had blown over on Christmas Eve next to my home. They did exactly what I asked of them and were very efficient. I will definitely hire them again -- I have more trees to cut!

We had 4 trees removed by LD Tree Care and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, we had no complaints and were completely satisfied with their work. We got a couple of quotes, and LD Tree Care offered the best price. The whole process went smoothly, and we would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Great experience with LD Tree Care. This is the second time they have trimmed my trees. I would not have used them again if I didn't get great service!

Eswin and his team are quick to respond, reasonably priced, very profesional, and hard workers. A big storm knocked 2 trees down and they came out that same night to help ensure the safety of my mother's home. We ended up having them remove a number of trees that were unsafe and overhung the house. They did a great job not to damage the surrounding plants and left the entire work area clean. I will definitely use them again in the furture.
** Update - We've now had more work done by LD Tree Care. Two trees removed and two trees pruned. The crew was on time and professional. They completed the job and left things cleaner then when they arrived. They were extremely careful not to damage our putting green. I strongly recommend LD Tree Care!

Eswin provided a fast estimate along with proof of liability insurance. The work was quickly scheduled, professionally and courteously done, and at a very fair price. We'll be doing all our tree work with them moving forward.
