What does it mean when your plumber is your friend? What does it mean when your plumber takes the time to explain to you how pipes run and that all waste goes downhill? What does it mean that when you try to fix something you know you shouldn’t try on your own, but you know you’ve got Erick Jackson to call at Leak Geeks that can fix all the mistakes that you made. In my never ending drive to impress my wife doing something I shouldn’t be doing and tinkering with pipes that shan’t be tinkered I feel immense peace because I know who can help quickly and professionally.
Leak Geeks knows what it means to have a a need to fix something before a spouse returns home and they fill that need quickly and professionally. It’s Erick that deserves this parade, but it will be me who takes credit for the fix. Huzzah for fixing pipes, double huzzah for making me look like a DIY fixer in my home.

Had a leak between the pex line going into the house to the water heater “out” line. The line was reattached to the tune of 500 dollars. 15 minute fix. Then the tech “Jayden” could not relight the pilot light as I turned the gas off. The tech was very unsure of what to do. Very inexperienced and not a great technician like I am used to from you guys. So now I still have no hot water after a 500 dollar 15 minute water leak fix.
Very disappointed with you guys. I have used your company several times in the past.
Next day I went outside and diagnosed the problem of the pilot light. The Pizo snap igniter was shorted out due to the water leaking from the pipe above. I ordered one on Amazon(9.00 bucks) and lit the pilot and the heater works fine. No new 3k water heater needed today! YEA!
Before leaving I asked the tech if he turned on the water to the heater now that the leak is fixed----he said yes. Well he outright lied because it was still off after I lit the water heater back off.
What a 180 shift from the competent technicians I usually get from these guys. Jaden was more interested in charging me 3k for a water heater and getting out of here as it was 5pm on a Friday. No pressure test by the tech, so I have no warranty! Nice one.
