Customers frequently praise the company for punctuality, professional communication, and thorough cleanup after tree removal and pruning services. Pricing is often described as reasonable and competitive. However, several low-star reviews highlight a recurring issue where paid-for stump grinding was left incomplete, with customers reporting a lack of follow-through despite repeated attempts to contact the business for resolution.

Surprisingly great experience from a tree removal company! I am used to tree removal companies showing up late, overcharging and leaving behind a mess. Rick is extremely knowledgeable, professional and highly efficient. He arrived on time, executed the scope-of-work, and cleaned up all of the branches (not just the ones he cut down) from my yard. Rick even made some suggestions and took care of a few additional items that I didn’t know would be a future issue.
This company is what I wish other companies would operate like!
Great job Rick! I look forward to seeing what you do with the front of my house.

Rick was amazing! He was not only polite and punctual but did a great job cleaning up my mess. He was fair and honest, I have already recommended to friends.
Absolute best tree service I’ve ever worked with! They showed up right on time and made quick work of a hazardous dead white oak in my yard, leaving the place spotless when they were done. The owner, Rick, is incredibly knowledgeable and honest—instead of trying to upsell me on everything, he took the time to walk me through my trees, explain oak wilt, and tell me honestly what actually needed attention and what could safely wait. Rick even sent me the coolest time-lapse video of the tree coming down! Punctual, professional, and genuinely great people. I love the work they did and highly recommend them!

P.S.....Lee's also had the best price of every quote I got!
We had a great experience with Lee’s Tree Service! They have done work for us at two different houses on two different occasions, and both times they did an excellent job. They were fast, professional, and got the work done exactly as promised. We really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend Lee’s Tree Service to anyone needing tree removal or tree work!

Thank you so much, Joslynn! We are here whenever you need us!
Great experience. Lee gave us a quote over the phone, followed up, got it all done and within the budget. Service was prompt and as described, with pricing well below local competitors. Would def recommend.

Hi Tammy! I am the owner of Lee's Tree Services NC. Very sorry to hear your stump was never ground. That is frustrating.
We searched our files and have no record of you, or doing any work for you. There are four or five other tree services with names similar to ours in the area. Perhaps this review was left for one of them?
If we did do work for you and you'd like to reach out to me personally my number is 336.687.2934. If this was a job we did and something was not done to your liking. We would love to make it right.
