We had an amazing experience with a bathroom tub to shower conversion with Legacy! The company is great. Communication is excellent from start to finish. Our installation team (Matt & Colby) were punctual, very professional, and did an excellent job with the project and with clean up. Each evening they cleaned up and left everything clean and organized. Matt explained the workmanship in detail when they completed the project. Angie also did an excellent job communicating between before construction began. She's also an excellent resource. I was very pleased with their work and customer service!

We recently had our upstairs bathroom shower and tub area remodeled by Legacy Bath and Kitchen, and we couldn't be happier with the results!
From start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful. Kha, our design consultant, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He came prepared with photos, design options, and great ideas that helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. He made the design process simple and enjoyable, without ever making us feel pressured.
Amber, our main point of contact, was equally wonderful! She assisted with scheduling, payments, and any questions we had throughout the process. She was always available, helpful, and responsive.
Robert and Julio, our installers, did a fantastic job! They completed our new tub and shower installation, including two built-in niches, a curved shower curtain rod, and Delta fixtures, in just two days. They were punctual, professional, friendly, and kept us informed every step of the way. When they discovered an issue with our subfloor, they immediately showed us and took care of the repairs. They also went above and beyond to protect our home, laying protective plastic along our staircase and regularly cleaning up debris.
Everything turned out exactly as we envisioned, and we truly appreciate the care, attention to detail, and professionalism of the entire team.
We highly recommend Legacy Bath and Kitchen! A special thank you to Kha, Amber, Robert, and Julio for making this such a positive experience!
I canceled my shower remodel with Legacy Bath & Kitchen because of poor communication and the way I was treated before the work even began.
My experience with Mike the project manager, and Amber, an employee there, was disappointing. I found both of them rude and dismissive when I tried to get answers about my project mike spoke to me disrespectfully and hung up on me. When I tried to escalate my concerns, both told me the general manager was unavailable and would contact me the following day. I eventually called another company number, where someone took the time to listen, and the general manager called me within minutes. It was frustrating to have to go through those extra steps to be heard.
There was also confusion about scheduling, and I repeatedly had to follow up for answers. Dustin acknowledged mistakes and took responsibility. He offered a $300 credit, but I explained that I felt it was inadequate for the inconvenience. By that point, my biggest concern was whether I could trust the team to communicate professionally if another issue arose.
I eventually spoke with the owner, Jason. He listened, apologized, and said the situation would be addressed. However, during our conversation, he also said he had worked with Mike for over ten years and knew how he could be. That comment left me feeling less reassured about moving forward.
Jason respected my decision to cancel and refunded my deposit in full, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience left me uncomfortable continuing with this company. My review reflects the communication and customer service I experienced before construction. I chose not to proceed because I no longer had confidence in the team.
