Absolutely a great, detailed, professional inspection. We felt completely assured that every aspect of the house was checked, which lets us move forward confidently with our purchase offer. We got all our reports very quickly, and they are FANTASTIC. Easy to read, with clear photos to show every area of concern. Our agent was very complimentary of Neil and his team.

I reached out to Legacy Inspection Services after my home insurance notified us that one was required to continue coverage.
When I spoke to Neil he was familiar with a 4 Point Inspection. He and his team were able to come the next day. They arrived on time and put on booties to walk through our home. They were very professional as they checked all aspects of our plumbing, the roof, the AC and heat, electrical system.
They knew pictures were needed and took them as they went. The finished report was prepared and included point by point findings and pictures.
Without hesitation, I would call them again if needed and confidently recommend them to others.

Thank you, Sally, for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad Neil and the team could respond quickly, arrive on time and provide a thorough 4 Point Inspection with photos and a clear report. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to helping you again if needed.
Neil was amazing. I honestly don’t know what else to say. This man and this company was THOROUGH. They were in attics and in crawls places and they literally checked every nook and cranny. And then he walked me through all of his findings and was patient with me and helped me understand why every red flag was an issue even if it wouldn’t be an immediate issue. I used their services 2x. The first house was a mess and they helped me figured that out and the second house was a new construction which I expected to be an quick inspection but because of how thorough they are I was able to ask the builder to fix a couple things before turning the house over. 100000% recommend this place for a DETAILED inspection of your potential home. They’ll even tell you how you could possibly fix certain issues if you go through with escrow and explain whatever you might not know about a home
