I recently noticed termites in my home and, in a panic, began calling pest control companies. I ended up hanging up because I wanted to contact my insurance company first. Before I could even reach out to them, Jonathan from Legacy Pest Control returned my call. I was hesitant to answer, but I’m so glad I did!
I shared my concerns with Jonathan, and he patiently listened. He explained that termites can be common during this season and reassured me that, as long as I wasn’t seeing any residue or other signs of activity, I should continue to monitor the situation.
What really stood out to me was his honesty and transparency. Jonathan told me he didn’t want to come out and take my money simply because I was seeing termites. Instead, he encouraged me to continue observing the situation and to call him if I noticed anything different.
As a homeowner, that level of honesty means so much to me. I appreciated that he took the time to listen, educate me, and ease my concerns without trying to sell me a service I might not need.

Jon was fantastic to work with. I called about 7 companies on a Sunday and he was the only one that answered. He spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and explaining how the treatment works. His inspection was thorough and he really made sure I was comfortable with what would be done. He was patient, knowledgeable, and I would 100% use this company again. Can’t recommend enough!

Jonathan of Legacy Pest Management really came through! When we had an ant “emergency”, he made it our home as soon as possible (within a couple of days), was responsive with texting and communicating about when he would be able to come, and did a great job discussing our needs around our home. I have a kid and a dog, and he was careful to place any indoor pest control out of the way, so there was no danger of anyone but the ants getting to it. Ants were gone quickly, and there haven’t been any further issues since he completed the service! Highly Recommend his services.
