Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and thorough diagnostics for plumbing and electrical repairs, noting that technicians often explain options and minimize damage during work. While many reviewers describe fair pricing and professional conduct, negative feedback highlights discrepancies between quoted and final costs, as well as instances where technicians failed to resolve issues or caused incidental property damage.

Legacy plumbing came to my home today for an emergency pipe/ water issue. They were professional and thorough and did an excellent job diagnosing my issue. They repaired what they could do. And will be coming back next week to complete the problem. Very satisfied customer. Would absolutely recommend their services! Thank-you

Really impressed with Nate Getchell's professionalism and approach to solving problems. He listened carefully, quickly understood the issue, and used his knowledge and experience to figure out the best way forward. What I appreciated most was that he didn't just suggest one fix—he explained different short- and long-term options and helped break a complicated problem into manageable steps. He's smart, honest, punctual, easy to communicate with, and genuinely trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Great work, will use again. Jason Lickfeldt and Nash were on time, listened to my issues and diagnosed the problem accurately the first time. They then got to work repairing the problem and suggesting other minor things along the way with a good eye for detail. They even were able to minimize the damage during diagnosis and repair lessening the burden of repairs afterwards.
Thank you Jason and Nash!

I had a water leak at the front of my house. Josh changed the broken leaking pipe properly and placed everything back as it was. This company and Josh do reliable trustworthy work. The cost was around $2700. I was quoted $3200 initially but he was able to finish the job properly and final cost was approximately $2700. Josh is licensed and their business practice is honest and to the point. Josh let me know everything and updated me throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company and I would give 5 stars for their service.

We had a kitchen lighting issue and I called a few electricians — either no callback or they put me off for days. Contacted Legacy Plumbing And Electric at 8:30 in the morning and they were at my house by 10:45. Joseph the electrician did an excellent job. Fair pricing, fast, reliable. Highly recommend
