Update (10-2026): A big thank you to Tommy, Isaiah, Austin (and his team - missed all of their names), and a nice man that came after hours! Legacy’s HVAC team is fantastic! In September, another company told us we needed our 28-year-old furnace replaced, and we called Legacy to get a quote. Their quote was competitive, and because of the excellent service we received when we hired Legacy for plumbing projects, we went with them. We were so glad we did! While we were waiting for our replacement our old furnace died, and Legacy came out to see if there was anything they could do to help us make it to the big day - including stopping by after hours. Install day came and went … and everything went smoothly. The install team was efficient and respectful of our space. And, like every other experience with Legacy, they were all nice humans. Thanks! — We had Damon and coworker (sorry, I am blanking on his name!) at our home to do a few repairs. We could not be happier and will definitely have them back. Because I’m immunocompromised, I asked the duo to mask. They masked without complaint. They also treated me like any other customer. I can’t tell you how many people speak differently to me because I mask! I can hear and comprehend exactly what people are saying even when masked - obvi! I am so thankful they were dispatched to our house. They explained my options, were very efficient, and cleaned up the areas they worked in. Thanks to them, we now have new shutoff valves on our main water line and laundry. We also have a new toilet in our basement bathroom and new faucet in the shower. Thank you, Legacy!! Keep up the good work!!!
