Victor and his crew helped diagnose, and repair the AC properly. Finally came time to get a new unit to replace the 30 year old AC and the new install was as smooth as it can get. Vincent is very knowledgeable and honest with his work and rate. Thank you!

The service techs were very communicative from beginning to end, on time, respectful of property and quick to solve the problem. My particular air conditioning needs took two visits, but the problem was solved within 24 hours of the first visit. What impressed me most was how concerned the team was about getting the AC issue managed quickly for my family’s needs, as well as how they all worked together to troubleshoot with my particular air-conditioning issue. I would definitely use this company again!

I am very disappointed in my service with this company. My warranty company assigned them to my house when I had an emergency ac outage. I was assigned on Sunday, which they were closed. I called Monday, but did not get an answer back due to the holiday. (I understand). Then I called again, me not them, Tuesday morning and they could not come until Wednesday NIGHT. I spent 4 hours waiting for them to adjust. At first the technician tried to tell me that there was not a problem and they really need to see the issue the day it happens (insert eye roll here). He did say he had to go get a part to fix the unit, but was gone over an hour with no communication. Then told me "its fixed" but did not check if cool air was coming out of my vents or not. I let my ac run for 3 hours after he left, and it was still not working and honestly worse. I ended up calling a completely different company outside of my warranty, and come to find out the fan they put in my unit was the wrong size and model for what I needed. So they made it so much worse and I had to pay to replace it. So not only did it take almost 4 days for them to even come look at my issue, they made it worse rather than fixing it. I do not recommend this company.

We would, however, like to clarify a few details regarding the service call. The work order was assigned to us during a three-day holiday weekend while our office was closed. We first spoke with you on Tuesday, at which time we explained that we were already booked and could not get to the property until Wednesday afternoon. We also recommended having the warranty company reassign the work order if you needed someone sooner, and we explained the steps to do so so that you could receive faster service. On the day of the appointment, we contacted you to let you know that our technician was on the way. When the technician initially inspected the system, everything was operating normally and there was no apparent issue. As he was leaving, he noticed that the condenser motor stopped working. He began replacing the motor, but needed an additional part. He explained that he needed to leave to obtain it. Unfortunately, the closest supplier did not have the part in stock, so he had to travel to another location, which resulted in the extended wait. We acknowledge that the technician should have communicated that delay to our management, and we apologize for the lack of communication during that portion of the visit. Once the repair was completed, the system was tested and was operating normally at that time. Later that evening, we received your voicemail stating that the system was no longer working. We contacted you first thing the following morning and arranged a follow-up visit, with our technician prepared to return within approximately two hours. About 30 minutes later, you contacted us and cancelled the appointment. We understand that you ultimately chose to have another company inspect the system. We cannot speak to another company's diagnosis or conclusions regarding the part that was installed, but we do regret that the situation resulted in additional frustration and expense for you. Had we been given the opportunity to complete the follow-up visit, we would have done everything we could to diagnose and resolve the issue. We take customer satisfaction seriously. While we strive to get every repair right the first time, we are also human and recognize that mistakes can happen. When they do, our goal is to communicate, take responsibility, and make every reasonable effort to correct the problem. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve our communication and service moving forward.
Very professional, reinsulated the ceiling, other companies said they couldn't do it because of the low ceiling, but they got it done.

We found them through a Home Warranty who of course will pay for barely any of the work but Victor was probably the best contractor I have dealt with in years. Friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond what was called for. I definitely recommend him!
