We hired Leisure Pool & Spa out of Kennewick for the first time to close our pool. Previously the pool installer had been doing it. Not only did they do an amazing job (Elliot & Pedro), it was a far more comprehensive closing and blowout than we’ve ever received. Gave us such piece of mind. Can’t recommend these folks enough. Especially Sandra Cisneros out of the Kennewick store. So knowledgeable. Our pool was a huge investment. Nice to know we have such talented caring people and company at our disposal.

Sandra was super helpful and very nice. We got our first above ground pool this summer and we don’t know anything about how to take care of a pool and she helped us pick out items to winterize our pool and dealt with our thousand questions lol. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and super sweet! This will definitely be our go to place for pool accessories from here on out. We are thinking about getting one of the big pool spas and this will be the place we will buy it from! 10/10 recommend. She also told us to follow on Facebook to stay updated on upcoming sales and more pool and spa info. Thanks again for the awesome customer service. 🥰

We had an absolutely awesome experience with Sandra at Leisure Pool and Spa! This was our first time shopping for a hot tub, and from the moment we walked in, Sandra was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
She let us wet-test all of the tubs we were interested in, even though it was almost closing time, and never once made us feel pressured to buy. She was incredibly honest and informative, which made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to buy a Hot Springs tub.
What really impressed us was that her customer service didn’t stop after the sale. Sandra came out to help us get our new Hot Spring tub set up and made sure we had the right chemicals and everything balanced properly.
Honestly, she is the main reason we felt confident choosing the Hot Spring Envoy tub, and purchasing from Leisure pool and spa. It feels rare to come across someone who is this knowledgeable, patient, genuine, and committed to making sure her customers are taken care of… even after the sale.

We went to leisure pool for help with our warranty on our electric pool cover. Though they were not the people we originally bought it from, who were from Spokane. They helped us right from the beginning.
Lucy was very good, took our pictures and worked with the manufacturer in Utah to help us get some warranty that was almost out and did a great job. Though the factory was slow to react, Lucy and her team kept on them until it was resolved. Thanks to leisure pools!
