Excellent customer service start to finish…my gate is perfect.
Thank you for taking the time to give us a great review!
I think I would have gave lemke fence a five star but, they have no communication with there clients. I got my estimate payed half up front Was told 6 weeks out.after six weeks I called they said it should be some time next week. When they finally showed up , they did some work and never kept in touch with me, saying they were working in my yard or that they were even finished. I had to walk out 65 yards in the back yard to see if they were even finished. If you're in a hurry to get the job done ,,, my opinion is,not the company to deal with. Then the threat on the bill of 1.5 percent permonth interest per month if not paid in 30 days, seem like an oxymoron statement.
We are very sorry for the communication issues. It is very hard to give an exact date of installation in the world of construction. thisngs like weather and other factors can interfere. We strive for perfection and we are trying hard to correct the communication. We have been yelled at by customers for bothering them when we get onsite and leave the site, so we usually Try not to bother the customer unless its an emergency. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
We choose Lemke because one of our friends went with them and were very happy with the product. They were very easy to work with, even with all the phone calls. I called the day before they were coming to put the posts in to change something and they did it, no problem. Great product. A little more expensive than other competitors, but you're paying for quality. I would refer them to anyone looking for a fence.
The job was small but the attention to detail was HUGE! We needed a wider gate and they made it match and function better than the original.
Thanks, Sean! We are happy that we could get that gate working how you wanted it to! Can we ask what we could have done to receive that 5th star?
The salesman was polite and knowledgeable, the estimate was given on site same day. Installed a few weeks early and everyone was very polite and hard working. We are very pleased with the results.
Thanks, Gregory! Enjoy your new vinyl fence!
We absolutely love our new fence, and our furbaby loves it as well, if he could he would love out they're, thank you so much everyone was polite and honest
Thanks, Laurie! There is nothing better than a happy pup!
Lemke did a beautiful job installing my wooden rail horse pasture fencing. We will be adding more fencing this year! Highly recommend their services.
That is one beautiful fence! We look forward to installing more wood rail horse pasture fencing for you soon! Thank you for the review.
I had Lemke Fence out many years ago to put a chain link fence around my back yard and, since then, the fence has been hit twice...once by a humongous motor home and again by a massive piece of track equipment my tree trimmers use. Both times the fence won. The top rail pulled slightly out of the cup that holds it to the pole and I've been able to push it back in both times. The fence is fabulous! I bet it wins again if it's ever hit again. I plan to call this team in spring when can get something put up in the front.
Thanks, Tonya! We are so happy to hear about how strong the fence is even after being hit twice! We have no doubt in the strength of our fences. We look forward to working with you again.
Excellent work I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a fence.
Reliable, fair pricing and quick installation
