Dear Matthew, I'm very touched by this beautiful review. When you work with high value estates, art and antiques there is no margin for error. Very often the people we work with are first time heirs and first time executors who are also in grief. Knowing that we can help them, and knowing you are there to help them too has made a difficult time for these families just a little bit easier. You are a wonderful professional and a joy to work with.
Lennie was superbly helpful. Even though she knew at the outset that she would not get hired for this job (because there was not enough value in the estate items to justify it), she spent a lot of time on the phone with me going through the photos I had sent and my alternatives for next steps.

Lennie Rose Made a Complicated Process Simple – She’s the Best Appraiser You’ll Find!
Lennie Rose is truly exceptional at what she does! She came highly recommended, and now I understand why. My daughter moved into a home filled with treasures left behind by a late uncle, and we had no idea how to assess their value or what to do with them.
Lennie carefully reviewed photos of the property and did thorough research on the items. She then connected us with a reputable auction house, who came to the property to see everything in person. The auction house accepted all of the items and, for a small fee, arranged to pick everything up. Lennie made a daunting situation incredibly easy to manage.
She charges an hourly rate for her time and expertise, rather than a percentage of the sale, which made her feel like a true partner. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
