Our daughter got a very nice gaming PC less then a year ago. Recently it started freezing on her. After trying what friends and family suggested with no luck, she called Leon. He was able to remotely access her computer and was able to figuer out what was wrong in about an hour. His prices are very fair and his customer service skills are excellent.

Leon is a great guy who worked with me through a thorny problem with my computer. I'm just barely computer literate, so Leon had to exercise patience throughout the diagnostic process. Ultimately he gave it a new hard drive and some other components. It is now better than it was when it was brand new. He is so helpful and his prices are so reasonable that all his customers should give him a big tip!

Leon has helped me out of an IT nightmare twice. The first time he replaced a failed hard drive. The second time he rebuilt my laptop which was rendered inoperable due to corrupted system files. Both times the work was done quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Leon for your repairs.

My sons DMHI OR DHMI PLUG HAD AN ISSUE ON MY SONS XBOX.My other son said it would cost 150.00 to get repaired.Leon only charged 1/2 of that.75.00.My son only missed one night without it.And if u know ANYTHING ABOUT KIDS AND THIER GAME Systems,,then you know,How annoying kids can be when they get an issue.Leon is conviently stationed in the center of salems downtown.VERY PROFFESSIONAL,EXTREMELY REASONABLE.ILL BE USING HIM AGAIN..VERY STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE.To top it off,He even cleaned it up .

This was a great experience my son found them online to fix his Ps5 that’s all he wanted for his birthday so I contacted Leon explained the situation he understood the assignment and made it happen great timing the results were complete satisfactory so much so I gave him 2 more jobs to fix my laptops for work one had a broken screen the other I couldn’t get into he fixed and reset everything and gave it some speed and he went beyond what I asked for . So I recommend him to anyone needing help with these issues or if it’s something different reach out to Leon’s shop because I’m certain he can help find a solution for you it was great communication and costumer service and very very reasonable pricing

My laptop's hard drive decided to crash, and Leon was quick to get me back up and running! Unfortunately, my data was not able to be salvaged but he was able to get me in same day and had a new drive installed by noon the next day (on a weekend, while hosting a kids birthday party for his child!) Definitely a good small business to support!
