Randy is amazing. We had an issue with our dishwasher where the heating element was not working properly. He diagnosed the issue and discussed the cost of replacing the part or buying a new dishwasher. He ended up ordering and replacing the broken part. Thanks.

Down to earth and so helpful. He gave me the option to install the part myself which was great. He even called back to make sure I was doing it safely. There was one issue on my freezer that I'll be having him come out for. He did explain what he thought was wrong with it. I'd call him for any appliance issues you have. A great experience hands down. :).
This is an owner operated business that takes pride in their work, and is reasonably priced. Randy went out of his way to work me into his already full day to fix a refrigerator leak. I highly recommend Les’ Appliance.
Les is the best! I called him on a recommendation from a friend to help me with a dishwasher that we haven’t used in a rental since moving in 7 years ago. Decided to start using it cause we are elderly now. It wouldn’t fill with water. Les recommended I crawl under the sink & turn the water on to see what happens. I turned it on. Problem solved. Duh! I feel like such a dummy! But, in m defense, who turns off the water to a dishwasher before a rental move in?
I called Randy at Les Appliance Service when I broke my dishwasher. He ordered the new part it needed and then came out at 6pm to install it and get my dishwasher working again. Only charged me the cost of the part plus a very minimal service fee. Very nice guy, responsive, knowlegeable, and very affordable pricing.
They came and fixed my fridge and dryer at the same time at an affordable price! Thank you so much!
Randy is a very professional and knowledgeable guy. He came out twice without charging more when the he figured out that a second part needed to be ordered, and he did his best to help as soon as he could.
