Liberty Bell Home Care has procedures for handling emergency calls, employee concerns, client complaints, scheduling, and service issues. Employees are assigned according to client needs, authorized schedules, qualifications, and availability—not simply placed without consideration. Ms. Angelica Tapia and the office staff are available to address properly submitted concerns. If you experienced a specific issue, please contact our office directly and provide the client’s name, the date of the incident, and the details so we can review our records and investigate appropriately. We strongly disagree with any suggestion that the agency knowingly bills for services that were not provided. That is a serious allegation, and we ask that any supporting information be submitted directly to management so it can be formally investigated. We understand that personal disagreements can be frustrating. However, it is important to address concerns respectfully and based on accurate facts. Attempting to harm a business or its reputation because a situation did not go as expected is unfair to the employees, patients, and families who depend on our services. Liberty Bell Home Care remains committed to resolving legitimate concerns professionally and welcomes direct communication so the matter can be reviewed appropriately.
