My husband and I worked with Taylor, there was never a time where we felt like we were out of the loop. Communication was always there. He always answered our calls and emails. Overall genuinely just a great human being. Thank you Taylor for helping us through one of our worst times.

I had a very positive experience with this law firm during a stressful situation. My initial meeting was with James. He was attentive, listened carefully, and paid attention to the small details of my case. He was also very clear and straightforward about the fees and the process. After that meeting, I felt confident enough to hire the firm right away. Jackie then took over my case. I provided her with a detailed description of what happened, and she carefully reviewed everything and negotiated with the prosecutor. In the end, the case was dismissed. Jackie was professional, knowledgeable, warm, and kind throughout the entire process. Hennie was also wonderful. She was my main point of contact with Jackie, and whenever I had a question or was unsure about something, she responded quickly. She was always present, patient, and very nice, which made the process much less stressful. Everyone I interacted with was professional and genuinely kind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs legal help.
James Lee (the lead attorney at the firm) personally scheduled a call with me me when he felt that the front-desk representative was starting to give more law advice than he was legally allowed to and was able to discuss all the logistics of my case on a free 15-m,inute phone call. He was honest about the things he thought his firm could/couldn't do for my case, and was a genuinely kind human to talk to. I hope I never have to use the services of a defense attorney, but I know which one I will be coming to if I do need to!

They were so helpful and responsive during my entire process and time with them. I don't think I ever waited more than an hour or 2 for an email response during working hours which is important to me because legal challenges can be very stressful. The communication gave me so much confidence and made me feel like I always knew what was going on and what was coming next. Had a car accident that was incorrectly recorded by the police and they were able to help get nearly all of the charges settled or dropped completely which saved me SO MUCH in the long run. I would recommend this group to anyone who needs help with traffic cases.
